3. So Kerry is calling his marker
and Granholm owes Kerry for his help?

That's sleaze to the nth degree.

7. Um, when one politician helps another get elected

the other one usually returns the favor. It's called loyalty. It's not sleaze.

4. Clark and Dean
Have good organizations in Michigan. Kerry leads in the polls, but if he doesn't do extremely well on Tuesday, that could easily change by Saturday.

5. imo, MI will go Dean
I've seen numerous Dean signs and bumper stickers (even Clark & Kucinich) but not a single Kerry sticker or sign.
If Kerry wants to win in MI (which wouldn't be the worst thing to happen, but it's also not the best) his staffers better get out here quick with that signage.

9. I Think Kerry's Polling Well
Here in Mich because he's been winning. If other candidates start winning...

10. Many are now goint to Kerry.
Granholms husband has been a long time supporter, well at least for the past several months. Also, former governor Blanchard and the MEA State Union President have been vocal supporters. Also, this week many State REps, and local officials in the Flint area have come out for Kerry. BTW Flint is one of the big Dem bases with a population of over 400,000 and strong labor roots.

I say Detroit is the wild card, however Buzz Thomas is supporting Kerry down there and that may indicate a lot of support from the big "D" Dem machine.
