Bush and Iraq. 58% of Americans were opposed to the invasion. Bush did it anyway. Bush and Afghanistan. More and more Americans want out. Bush stays anyway. Bush and tax cuts. Americans object to the rise in the deficit. Bush pushes it up further with more and more tax cuts for the wealthy. Bush and Katrina. Bush appoints a retard for the head of FEMA and ignores the needs of our citizens while flying overhead in our Air Force I. So long as this president ignores Americans, we have the option of doing the same. Boycott Bush.

3. Better to call the networks and cable companies and tell them
there is some lying son of a bitch on your screen.

5. You're right, it would be better to take your cable box or TV
down to the cable company and throw it through the windshield of one of their SUV's.

6. How do ratings work these days?
Do you have to be a "Nielsen family"? Do they "watch" you through cable (which I don't have--just rabbit ears)? Does it make any difference what I watch or don't watch? How about boycotting oil companies for a day instead, they're the same thing as Bush!

9. If you're not a Neilsen participant, your viewing has no effect on ratings

I was actually glad that his fourth speech on Iraq would be his last. Wonder if Cops is on...

10. won't bother to watch
already heard the speech on NPR - they had a live broadcast of two of them speeches varied slightly - but basically same crap cut/paste - don't expect anything new from tonight's speech besides we just got a new bedspread, and everytime bush* is on - at least one of the cats hackup a hairball... and I'd rather watch Once upon a Mattress with Carol Burnett and Tracy Ulman - hope they are not pre-empted by bubble-boy
