I'd bet this US poll would register just the opposite.

The US has no value for human life. It's a "dog eat dog" culture. SOOO glad I haven't lived there in nearly two decades, nor rarely visited, happily.

Not only does that poll say that 74% support the Death Penalty, it says they support it when someone has 'changed' behind bars.
