David Brooks Seems Nuts To Me!
Edited on Sun Dec-11-05 11:00 AM by Vinnie From Indy
Brooks just said on Face The Nation that, while BushCo bears some responsibility for the Katrina response, the people in the city bear some responsibility to allow "experimentation" on the city. I assume he meant experimenting with modern building techniques etc. It could be that I misheard him, but he sounded nuts.

4. Free market yes
Let NO die. Business will have NO for peanuts and put it on the market to make a fortune...add in some privatization and, presto! NO is reanimated into an efficient Disneyland like wonder world of money making for its new "owners".

2. That moron also said they have intelligent conversation about the war!!
On MTP - what a moron - everyone who's been there says that they tell Bush whatever fits into his mythical evengelical religious fantasy and that reality is not even part of the equation. What a fucking piece of shit ass hole.

3. I saw Brooks on MTP and I think he is
having an internal war with himself. He doesn't speak in moderate tones like E J Dionne. He is trying his best to be a Bush apoligist but is having a harder time being one. He actually has no credibility regarding anything.

7. I agree - since Katrina happened,
I have noticed a marked change in him regarding *co on the News Hour. Internal war is right on from what I have observed. He should stop fighting now rather than later and figure out that he gut feeling that *co doesn't care for the American people is spot on... IMHO.
