DeLay Point - If Dems practiced Repug tactics....
every time one of them were on one of the tv talking head shows, they would refer to him as the "indicted felon", even though it is not 100 percent accurate - yet.

Then, if any FauxNews repeater like O'Lielly called them on it by saying, "Now, you can't call him an 'indicted felon' because he hasn't been convicted yet." Later, the same person could go on another show and say, "Hey, even Bill O'Lielly called him an 'indicted felon'."

2. It is true, isn't it.
I recall Newtie saying outrageous shit when he was Speaker. The NYT would print it, and he'd be on a Sunday show the next week saying, "The New York Times says..." (No, dumb ass, you said it. The Times just reported that you said it.)
