The Party of Lies and Deceptions....
They never relent. Every day is a new assault upon the truth. Eventually the entire world will surrender to their lies and propaganda, they must believe. Everything they have said has turned out to be wrong. How do they continue to have any support?

They lied about WMDs. They lied about aircraft that could attack us and our allies. They lied about nuclear weapons. They lied about the war only lasting for 6 months at the most. They lied about the flowers that would greet the troops when they arrived in Iraq. They have lied every inch of the way.

But now, they want the country to get behind their effort to "win this war". They want the media to tell about all the good things that have happened and not just the bad. They want to plant propaganda in American papers and in Iraqi papers and they pay to have it done. And now they are lying about building institutions and democracy in Iraq. Who can trust anyone or any Party that has lied so abundantly?

1. Lies, Lies, Lies
Unfortunately that's the way dis-information works, and once you start you can never recant. I've been fighting this battle since the 2000 election , with the compassionate conservative platform. I new that simple statement was a crock, but most voters liked the sound of it. Of course stealing the election didn't hurt, and the Dem's IMHO didn't fight hard enough to contest the election of 2000 or 2004. So it gives them the notion that the BS they put out there sticks and the poll's prove it to a degree, with 36% of the populace believing the Admin position on the war in Iraq. I still have this knot in my stomach that the Bush admin will not leave office in 08, that we'll have another attack and they will declare martial law right before the 08 election. And unfortunately the country will rally around the president, and we'll be stuck with the ultimate lie.
