From 'Imus in the morning'...Joe Lieberman (at it again)

...referring to us pulling out of Iraq....

"Not only would it embolden them, they could end up coming after us again"..

HUH????? What did he say here? WHO is 'they'??? What is with this guy? Did anyone hear this?
