CBS News poll: exit strategy
http://www.cbsnews.com/sections/opinion/polls/main500160.shtml

(polling box is in the column on the left)

Regarding U.S. troops in Iraq, the U.S. should:

Exit immediately:
27.18%
Set a firm timetable for troop withdrawal:
46.94%
Maintain current military presence:
25.88%

...hey, doesn't this sound like over 74% oppose Bush's "staying the course"?

2. Did you ever have a car that was a lemon?
And you kept repairing things and replacing parts and each time you spent a shitload of money on the car you thought (or hoped) that this was the last time? And each time you did that something else went wrong and you had to spend even more money and the whole cycle repeated itself? And people kept telling you not to waste anymore money on it but you did anyway just to justify what you'd already spent? And finally you realized that no matter how much money you dumped into the thing it was just a POS and the best thing you could do was get rid of it?

3. Yes!
I got rid of that car, and on that day I became a man.
