It points out that George Tenet negotiated a $4M book deal; Paul wolfowitz is now at the World Bank with a $300,000 tax-free annual salary, a mortgage allowance and a golf-club membership. Tommy Franks, retired gen, leader of the invasion, collected $5M for h is memoirs and now serves on the board of Outback steakhouses, and Camden County NJ paid him $75K for a speech. Paul Bremer reportedly gets as much as $40K for speeches and received more than $100K for a book about his year as US administrator in Iraq. by contrast, what do the folks fighting make?
