2. Watch the ones they raise money for
So far Delay and Libby. They are the ones who aren't talking and this is how they are being rewarded for taking the heat. They figure they can tie up their cases in court for decades with enough money. Good thing that's not going to fly when their shit hits the fan.

3. At some point
speedy trial may bite them in the butt. The Prosecutor may start calling for the right of the Government to have a speedy trial, or, if the judge has any cohones, he may hold them to deadlines. The tragic thing is that, although some waivers for statute of limitations have been filed (i.e., potential defendants signing them in exchange for not having charges filed right away), there are still possibilities that the potential defendants will say screw it--and the Prosecutor may not have the original charge left to go after.
