Gneius means that one is able to take the most complex of ideas and simplify them to a short core of meaning.

Murtha accomplished genius with his statement.

So many of us have filled internet window after window of the many, many wrongs committed by this administration...and while those ideas certainly need to be repeated over and over until ALL Americans are aware of them, Murtha's phrase, "Flawed policy wrapped in illusion" brings together ALL of the wrongs of this criminal administration into ONE succinct observation that cannot be denied.
