Wolf calling Rummy and Pace out Now on Late Edition!! Are U watching?
I can't believe that Wolfie backed them in a corner. Both denied ever seeing or meeting Lawrence Wilkerson, Powells Chief of Staff...
Rummy and Pace said, this is first time they have seen them...(PACE)!
Lawrence Wilkerson is going to be on LATE EDITION....bet he lays into Rummy and PACE...calling Wilkerson a liar...hummmm its heating up.

3. Thats what I thought Too..
Wolf was a pit bull, and he certainly did not appear to BELIEVE them. Told them that Wilkerson is going to be on later after their interview. Rummy said "thats ok, so what"! He is truly arrogant!

2. Wow, Leslie doing this on his regular program with millions of viewers?
Or late at night in front of considerably fewer people?

Well, I'm sure Wolf will use the footage in his defense at his trial about how he was on top of the lies instead of being an active aider and abetter.

Damn, but I'm so cynical. And I say that to my shame.

5. Its hard for any of us to believe !
I think the pundits are seeing they don't have the support of the American People on this war and they are covering their asses. They need to keep their ratings up. Time to cross over and tell the truth. At least its a start. Now Wolfie is showing Schmidt head clip...and the chaos occuring....unbelievable. OmG...now Richard Pearle on....Wes Clark demolished him in their HASC testimony...Guess the WH is prancing everyone out there...and have reached the bottom of the pits, putting him on opposite BoB Kerry...

6. It was the best imitation of a reporter that Wolf has ever given.
Blitzer was all over him. He played clips that Rummy had a hard time weaseling away from. He followed up on statements that the Secretary of Lies tried to get crawl away from. It was a solid piece of deconstructing this obfuscating war lord.
All I could think of was how the charge of rewriting history is coming back to bite them in their fat asses.
What is a true shame is that a worm like Rummy can bring the military brass along with him in perpetrating this deception. Peter Pace and the rest of our top officers deserve better than this group of crooks and liars that have involved them in this ever worsening debacle.

12. General Pace is a Freeper
You should have listened to him in another show spew the line about liberating Iraq and establishing freedom and democracy. Pace is either deluded or is a complete idiot.

13. Did it say he is the chief of the Joint Chiefs?
Edited on Sun Nov-20-05 08:56 PM by Humor_In_Cuneiform
He is, oh my.

Someone here at DU told me that the JC would serve as a moderating force against a rogue Pres who wanted to nuke the world.

:scared:

How does that work if the chief chief is a freeper?

11. I'm not as surprised as you guys, but yea he was on a roll today
and it was great fun to watch.

It was also fun to have seen Rummy answer George Steph, then Wolf Blitzer. Basically the same answers, and neither Wolf nor George seemed impressed or even like they liked (or could abide) the creepy rummy.

Does anyone else find talking Republicans hard to stay with? My attention drifts so fast, cause it is all so pre-digested, and the only spontaneity is in which piece of fluff they will use to evade the question when they have no real answer or no pre-manufactured talking point.

I can listen to Murtha or most Democrats and my attention span is pretty good. But not the GOP TP'ers.
