for starters and they aren't "whiners" either. The people of DU like to call them the way they see them and I say, bu$h didn't win the recount, you can't win a recount that didn't take place.

Bush absolutely lost the election. There were all kinds of ploys that kept votes off. The fact remains that in the official tally for Florida, the military votes that were dated after the election and counted illegally is what gave Bu$h the margin of victory. Bu$h stole the election or to hear James Baker tell the Russians, he stole the election for Bu$h. Bu$h was too stupid and green to actually do it himself.
