Alito's Roe v. Wade position now has some GOP pols scared.
News report on WTOP radio a short while ago quotes Rep. Tom Davis (R-VA) as having concerns about the possibility that Alito's opposition to "a right to abortion".

2. it seems to me his position on this topic should scare both sides
as he has come down on both sides in many of his rulings. i may be banned from this place, but i think he actually may rule on this issue based on the facts of a given case and not on the fact that this is about abortion.
