Because after saying:

... and then following it up with:

... he's very put out that people are mad about it, because really, he says now, it was just a "satirical riff". What's wrong with you people, don't you recognize satire?

Anyway, so now he says he'll post the names of all those who oppose him in an Enemies List on his website. You'd better hurry, because spaces will probably fill up fast.
