Hadley is giving WH Press Briefings now? Has Scotty hung himself?

First of all, it seems WH press briefings are no longer being televised. The alternative for those of us who want to watch them: haunt the www.whitehouse.gov web site and refresh the page every few minutes. You may get lucky- or just waste your time. What's up with that?

Now I see that Steve Hadley, Neo-con du jour, has given the last 2 briefings. Has Scotty been locked in the WH attic? Is he medicated? Is he being re-tooled in the Wh laboratory to deflect increasingly hostile questions about the mounting WH scandals?

Or is this a response to the fact that Scotty's credibility has been 'tainted' by repeating Rove and Libby's lies? And why Hadley, of all people?
