Didn't I read on Free Republic that black people are the only ones who commit crime in areas where there are a lot of hurricanes? This statistic can't be, because I know that Freepers use a lot of logic, carefully think through what they say, and would never lie to me!

IIRC, that's within 10% of the percentage of Americans who claim to be 'white', so it would be about the right proportion.

Since this only applies to released felons. They don't often release the Latinos or the African Americanss. Especilly in a Red State.

That's why the figure is so suprisingly high. I would bet the statistic for incarcerated felons is like 30% White.
