Must not be all that virtuous than , he says Vengance is mine. And he admits in his bible also he is a jealous ,angry god too anyways. Go figure.

2. Writers (All Petty Men) Wrote ...
... "a jealous ,angry god." JC is reported to have said the Main Being was a loving and forgiving type (liberal).

3. There are, of course,
two types of people: those who talk about God, and those who make God a reality on earth. You have thus hit the nail on the head, as those who argue about an angry, jealous, and unforgiving God were by no small coincidence angry, jealous, and unforgiving men. Their twisted visions stand in sharp contrast to men like Jesus, Gandhi, Martin, and Muhammad Ali .... all of whom reject the notion of vengence.

4. no it is not
It is trash can emotion that sees not the bigger picture of causality.

"A person is no more a Christian because they sit in a church, than a person is a car who sleeps in a garage."

6. religion is not about peace
Again and again I listen to people saying that religion is about peace and love.

Do these people just read what they want in the bible and the Coran?

Almost all religions are fundamentally antagonistic with other religions and are power hungry at all costs.

9. Yes, And so they miss the entire point...
To me, it looks like God is telling people to forgo vengeance because He's the only one wise enough to discern where it's deserved & how to apply it.

Jesus also said, "Judge not, lest ye be judged." There's nothing very ambiguous there.
