Call CNN and Express Your Outrage on their PRO-GOP stance
Just heard on Ed Schultz that CNN did extremely biased coverage on the San Diego Mayoral race - giving inordinate time to the GOP candidate - but the mention of Donna Frye, who is a CITY COUNCIL member running for Mayor, was refered simply as the "Surfer Girl" - (yes she was a surfer but then turned activist because of San Diego Corruption) filming her back, not giving her any air time to express her positions on the issues.

Over and over again, evidence mounts and mounts illustrating CNN's political bias for the GOP.

Please call CNN (no matter where you're from or where you live)to protest their outrageous and blatent bias for the GOP.

Here's the phone number: 404-827-0234

Their job is to provide EQUAL TIME (not favoring one side or the other).

It's time to bring back the Fairness Doctrine and to apply it to CABLE NEWS Channels.

1. It's because their largest shareholders are Bush cronies - Steve Case and
Saudi money - Kingdom Holding.

Why do you think they've been pushing Bush and his agenda down our throats for 6 years now?

Rose last might talking about how he became a large shareholder in AOL. Shouldn't be too hard to verify.

No mystery about either one. Case's wife also gives big bucks to fundie causes.

5. Any info on Case's wife re: fundie donations?
He lives not too far from me, and he is being "glamorized" by the press around here as someone who gives money to noble causes.

If you could steer me to anything that shows where his money goes I'd appreciate it.

I don't want to jump unless I know I can clear the bar. :)

6. There was a thread about it here at DU earlier this year. I could try
to do a search for it when I have some time. Someone posted a news item about some fundie causes she was supporting, but I don't recall the specifics.

I do recall not being surprised as I always felt that Steve Case was a BFEE operative who used Enron-style accounting lies to snag TIME-Warner. It was only a short time later that they engineered over a billion dollar loss for Ted Turner through their fraud.

AOL ended up getting a slap on the wrist for their criminal accounting games.

She's close with James Kennedy that wacko minister who is also aligned with RevMoon. I'm pretty sure he's also part of the Council on National Policy with the other demons like Tim LaHaye and Paul Weyrich.
