Senator Trent Lott has just held a press conference and he announced that the leaker had to be a Republican Senator or staff member who was in a closed door Republican Senate meeting about the Secret Prisons held last week.
Yes, John McCain was at that meeting.

So a closed meeting about illegal prisons. If anybody without security clearance was in these meetings (like staffers as mentioned) this could get even more repubs in trouble.

Just the fact that these senator's lips are so tightly aligned to the Bush regime's collective ass is disgusting. These people think the leak is much more damaging than the fact that we're breaking the law on a global scale.

It's amazing how quickly that thread came to a screeching halt. If they could bottle it, they could sell it to GM as a new way to stop cars
