5. Bravo! great work!
Finally it seems that the mainstream of DU is waking up to the fact that 9/11 was an inside job.

8. One day all of this will be academic...
And a different gang of criminals will be pulling different criminal operations that couldn't possibly happen. All after it has become accepted fact that 9/11 was an inside job.

People learn from the past but they cannot apply it to the present.

It's not those who ignore history who repeat mistakes, it's those who cannot believe it could happen and fail to apply the lessons.

10. Accepted FACT???
You wrote that 9/11 has become accepted fact as an inside job. Could you please substantiate thisi statement.

I don't argue that it wasn't an inside job, but I don't exactly see wide acceptance of this...

12. No... that was just to make my point.
Though it may very well be the case that it could become an accepted fact due to the wide dissemination of knowledge we now have at our disposal... moreso as the years pass I imagine.

36. Lesson in English...
Edited on Thu Nov-03-05 12:27 PM by Dr_eldritch
Find the subject of this sentence;

"Though it may very well be the case that it could become an accepted fact due to the wide dissemination of knowledge we now have at our disposal... moreso as the years pass I imagine."

Is the subject;

a) 'it'
b) 'accepted fact'
c) 'the wide dissemination of knowledge'
d) 'I imagine'

?

I'll admit that it is not a very good sentence, but it does have a subject... and you missed it.

17. By there deeds you shall know them
Just look at their actions that day. None of them, not one single one, reacted appropriately. All of them ignored the attack for as long as possible. Not until the Pentagon was hit, did they even acknowledge that the attack was under way or attempt to do anything about it. Not a single one of them.

33. Yes, while the attack was under weigh they were likely watching
their machinations play out.

But what esvhid was asking for was proof. Sadly, none has been recognized as of yet.

Though I would certainly go so far as to suggest that the absence of evidence to support the 'current mainstream account' leaves a vaccuum which will be filled with the presence of evidence pointing to an 'In-House' conspiracy. It is likely to be that very imbalance which will resolve itself into a future understanding that 9/11 was engineered by very powerful people in this country.

If these things are true, I don't mind saying that Bush, Silverstein, and the whole host of everyone who was complicit in that tragedy had better pray that there is no afterlife wherein they may be confronted by their victims.

Who then would they pray to?

9. Perhaps some little tabloid enterprise in NY that isn't owned by global...
...corporate predators and war profiteers, and has big dreams and ambitions, can start putting out newspapers headlined like this, and create a little (...ahem) competition in the news market. Magic can happen, when you are driven by a passion for freedom and truth, and when you are plugged into the grass roots--to the good people, the honest people, the peace-loving, creative, ethical, compassionate, tolerant and fair-minded people of this land. Magic, I say!

I would be content with "WE LIED TO YOU ABOUT IRAQ!" for the time being. (Got to start somewhere.)

16. Senator Santorum says: "this is old news and time to move on"
"This is pre-2004 election politics" from which "for some reason they can't move on. They can't move on to the important business at hand. They have to continue to replay the 2004 election," said Santorum.

Did you create that graphic? Amazing. You are most certainly not a dope. I could never do something so incredible.

27. No problem.
I never get embarrassed. I can't spell. I know it. Everyone who reads my stuff knows it.

It was not too hard to do the graphic. I just edited an exiting image of the Times. The hard part was shortening the list of lies to place on the page!!!

Check out my site: http://tvnewslies.org
Correct my spelling. It should keep you busy! Ha ha ha...
Thanks for the kind words!
Peace,
Jesse

38. Run this as a full page ad in the NY Times!!! ( Recommended!)
Almost seriously, its worth considering!

There have been other anti-war ads run in the Times and other papers.

Does anyone know some examples?

How much does it cost?

In the past, DU has raised tons of money in very short time, so maybe we at DU could pull such a "stunt" ourselves?

I'd be happy to kick in $10 or even $100 to have this run in the "paper of record". A real case for freedom of speech especially considering the Times, ahem, problem with non-stop Miller-Time(r) and their choice to ultimately represent the people or not. Remember all MSM has been complicit in looking the other way the entire time since November 7 2000.

Using their new found integrity to help them open up and be even more honest with their readers.

What a sight to see!
