I can't believe the Dems finally made use of the newfound fangs they've developed recently, esp. in the wake of the first indictments in the Plame leak case.

Watching ABC News tonight I saw Sen. Reid's statements re: the forcing of the closed session in the Senate and I damn near broke into tears.

Knowing that the second phase of the Senate Investigative Committee is now back underway (after the Propagandist had issued an Executive Order in September of this year officially ending that investigation, attempting to furthermore coverup the White House's involvement in the falsification and exaggeration of intelligence to justify invading Iraq) I cannot be more proud or more pleased of the Democratic party, at least at this moment.

Knowing that the Democrats are now willing to shut the Senate down to force discussion of *the* most important issue facing the U.S. government today gives me hope for the future of this country: that truth and justice will always win out over deception and trickery.

Huzzah, Sen. Reid! Huzzah, indeed!!
