If you live in a state w/two Repuke Senators...
as I do, then you must contact Democratic Senators in other states and ask them to represent the millions of us without Senate representation to vote to filibuster the nomination of Samuel Alito to the USSC.

Here's a contact URL:

http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm

I left a message for Reid, Leahy, Biden, and Feingold so far.

Durbin, Schumer, Landrieu, Kerry, Kennedy, Kohl, Levin, Lincoln, and others will also hear from me.

1. don't forget
Mark Pryor (D-AR). He's been targeted by the WH as one of the Dems who could waver and break ranks on this issue.

3. Just talked to Pryor's office.
In the short time since I posted the original message, I have reached the offices of Stabenow, Lincoln, Murray, Levin, Kerry Kennedy, Feinstein and Prior.

It's a two-minute phone call, and since I am using my cell, it costs me nothing.

DU Activist Corp members: engage.

2. If you live in a state with repug senators == write them too
There are a number of repug senators up for re-election in 2006 who are vulnerable. They need to hear from as many people as possible that Alito is unacceptable. If we can push one of them to decide that supporting Alito hurts him more than it helps, then others might follow. Its a long shot, but we shouldn't give them a free ride.

4. John Crony-n and Kay Perjury Technicality
represent me, which means I have no representation in the United States Senate.

They gets calls and letters from me all the time; Crony has never responded once. KBH sends out a stock letter.

They have heard from me, and now I'm contacting Senators who will listen to me.

5. I should've limited it to vulnerable repugs,
Sadly you've got two losers-for-life.
