1. Get info to state and local health departments - Smirky, there has to be someone in the state and local health departments to receive the info.

2. Stockpile drugs and vaccines - how are you gonna stockpile drugs and vaccines when the companies that you also protect won't let them go, or suddenly want an arm and a leg for them? Or when your rich "base" has already snarfed them up from their docs to, you know, "have them on hand." Who ya gonna call, Smirky?

3. Just throw money at it. Where is the money coming from?????

4. Litigation, litigation, litigation. It's not the litigation, it's just that the companies can't make money on vaccine like they can with say Viagra or Lipitor, or the like, so they are really not interested.
