Want to be forced to get a vaccine and unable to sue if it harms you?
Edited on Tue Nov-01-05 10:05 AM by grace0418
Basically Congress is going to vote to allow forced vaccinations AND take away citizens' right to sue should that MANDATORY vaccine cause them harm. It's being called "a drug company stockholder's dream and a consumer's worst nightmare."

Here is more information: http://www.nvic.org/PressReleases/101905Burrbill.htm

Here is where you can take action:
http://www.nvic.org/ActionAlerts/S1873.htm

-snip-
"It means that, if an American is injured by an experimental flu or anthrax vaccine he or she is mandated to take, that citizen will be banned from exercising the Constitutional right to a jury trial even if it is revealed that the vaccine maker engaged in criminal fraud and negligence in the manufacture of the vaccine."

2. In the early days of the malAdministration there were a few comments
from DOD that they were trying to find a way to use meds that would tranquilize mass urban populations, which would help our troops in the event of a needed occupation. The news reports did not play long at all on this subject. Hmmm, wonder why.

Anybody trying to force me to take a vaccine mandated by THIS government will have to give it to my corpse, seriously.

7. Mandatory vaccinations, but no health care
So, for some Americans, the only time they will even be able to see someone remotely resembling a physician will be when they go to get their mandatory shot.

"Can you check out my chest? I am having trouble breathing"

Edited on Tue Nov-01-05 11:04 AM by ComerPerro
just astounds me.

"If we are an arrogant nation..." said Governor Bush, the candidate.

"If you aren't with us, then you're against us" said President Bush, the power-tripping shithead.

EDIT: actually, wait. Not irony.

Wait...

What's that word, that's like irony but is more deliberate and more sinister?

Oh yeah! Hypocrisy!

If it's important enough for the government to produce enough for everyone in America, then it should be the insurer for these companies that it's asking to produce Tamiflu.

But I don't think this thread is talking about Tamiflu. They're talking about mandatory vaccinations.

46. This bill has ALREADY passed the Senate HELP Committee
Committee approves Burr's bioterror bill

(snip)
Democrats, including Sens. Edward Kennedy of Massachusetts and Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York, expressed concern that the bill does not take up the threat of a pandemic sparked by the spread of avian flu. Numerous health advocates have been warning in recent weeks that the nation is not prepared to deal with an outbreak.

"The flu virus is not going to wait while we delay," said Kennedy, the ranking Democrat on the committee.

"It does bother me that we are doing this piecemeal," said Clinton, who like every other member of the committee praised Burr for his efforts but wondered if more should be included.

51. I understand the gravity of this bill
I figured I'd post a disclaimer before adding that there are already vaccines virtually forced on our children. If one of our children is in a public school their vaccinations have to be up to date or they cannot attend. Consider Robert Kennedy Jr's recent revelations about vaccines being the cause of the rise of autism in the nineties. Just because the vaccine has been around forever doesn't mean it is safe.

I oppose this bill with every fiber of my being. I don't think anything should be forced on us, especially not a "cure" for a flu that is hardly a blip on the radar as of yet. All I am saying is the government already has this power. They're just expanding on it to include adults.

52. I know what you're saying and I agree. But at least we have the choice
to pull our kids out of public school and send them to alternative schools or private school. I realize this isn't possible for everyone but it is an option that can be explored. Making the vaccinations mandatory for all adults just takes it one huge, terrifying step forward. It's not a power BushCo should be allowed to have, because we all know what BushCo does with any kind of power.

54. Some of my thoughts on MANDATORY

And what might be in the "vaccine"................

"We live in a voluntary society," he said. According to the CEO, individuals may choose not to take advantage of the technology.
Zhou alluded to some Christians' objection to medicine per se, adding such opposition wanes when the life-saving, life-improving benefits of technology are realized.

"A few years ago there may have been resistance, but not anymore," he continued. "People are getting used to having implants. New century, new trend."Zhou compared Digital Angel® to pacemakers, which regulate a user's heart rate. Pacemakers used to be seen as bizarre, said Zhou, but now they are part of everyday life. Digital Angel® will be received the same way, he added.

Vaccines are another good comparison, said the scientist, who noted, "Both save your life. When vaccines came out, people were against them. But now we don't even think about it."

And they don't want to be accountable to anybody for the potential disasters and anger and injuries and deaths this "dream" of their kingdom/empire/reich hierarchy drawn on racial, religious and class lines will cause. The white fascists know they are dying out "Nature is about to delete them from the Gene pool.So what do they do,they delete the competition. Like any other white fascist capitalist who thinks he must always win and conquer all competition.
Just apply the robber baron game to race and population.

Anyway there's a threat of an epidemic, so they give civilians a vaccination, then afterwards tell them that they must continue to have the shot to live. If it is not administered every 48 hours, they will die. So they have complete control of the population. Spooky book!!!! :scared:
