I don't watch EWTN (catholic tv run by that repulsive mother angelica), but happened on it one day while surfing. There was a woman talking out against abortion (what else?) and she actually said she had named a couple of the children she had prevented with birth control!!!

It's the next step, folks. Abortion, then birth control, then who knows what else...

Making abortion illegal is just one part of this insanity. They are after birth control itself. And eventually women's right to vote, have credit on her own, and on and on.

Certainly there are Christian extremists who would like to see birth control outlawed and sex criminalized.

I don't know how prevelent their views are though; seems like we have no shortage of horny people, even among the Republicans.
