1. Yes...They said this morning that
He is scheduled to be at the memorial service tomorrow morning at a local church here in DC, and that afterwards, he will make his way to the Capitol.

But I think we can bet his heart won't be there.

He didn't even get her name right the other day. The way he stumbled through his speech about her was even more mechanical and badly handled than usual, for him.
