What happened to Michael Kinsley?

I saw him just now on Charlie Rose. He has this eye blinking, head bobbing thing going on and I wondered if he has some illness or had a stroke.

I remember him from years ago when he was on Crossfire. Of course he got older. But his physical behavior seemed unusual and uncontrolled. Just wondering.

His smiling image was offset printed on four consecutive daily editions before his flattened body was found embedded on an ink roller. Once they finally peeled him off, his inflated ego automagically re-puffed up his body but he's not been the same since.
