Attacks on our Democrats grow as the culture of corruption is exposed.

It looks like the more news comes out about the Plame business and Iraq, the more posts there are here at DU attacking our Democrats.

Something is wrong with that picture.

The closer it seems we are getting to seeing the truth actually coming out in the news about the culture of corruption in the White House, the more attacks there are here on our Democrats.

I may be wrong, but it sure seems that way. The odd part is that I am used to attacks on Dean and those of us who supported him, but now it seems there is a new theme...people who are committed to helping rebuild the DNC are being put down. We are called DNC and DLC lovers and accused of being corporatists. This appears to be by people who don't know, or don't want to know that the DNC is the official Democratic party.

Just observing, may be wrong.

1. I think
that the larger part of that comes from confusion on what the difference is between the DLC and the DNC.

The DNC is the Democratic Party, the DLC is a think tank. The first is...well, all of us. The second is below contempt. Knowing the difference, I'm proud to send my $5 a month to the DNC (I'm broke or else it'd be $100)...the day I send the DLC a dime is the day that Al From announces he's a socialist pacifist atheist.

2. It appears to be more than that.
But that is a great part of it.
