SCOTUS refuses to hear abortion case, thus ratifying appeals

court in saying that the state must pay transportation so woman can get the abortion.

Heard on CNN.

6. This is a perfect example
of how the Repiglicans use the Simon-simple "pro-life" movement by keeping the carrot just in front of the jackass' mouth.

They had a chance to stop the whole process for this woman. They didn't do it. That way, it's the fault of an "activist" appeals court judge and the fat, pasty-faced, doughy white men who believe in dumb crap like "original sin" and want control of womens' innards can keep on marching and voting Repiglican while the corporatists pick their stinking pockets.

and for the principle at stake, this is a better outcome than a reversal would have been.

However, the "pro-life" movement is very hateful and I'd like to see it end.
