23. It also allows you to vote more than once -
it allowed me to, anyway. I voted a little while ago, then went back just now and instead of just displaying the voting results, it allowed me to vote a second time. If that's the case for other people as well, then the results are meaningless. I always picture freepers sitting there voting hundreds of times each.
