...I'm not sure who the guy was, a cop or an attorney for them, but he said that "procedure" meant that he had to be cuffed and could not turn over until he was.

Abrams said "so if the guy is willing to cooperate, you won't let him turn over until he's cuffed?"

The response was something about "he could have a gun, he could have a knife, the officer doesn't know"...

So I guess the solution, not knowing if he had a knife or gun, was to punch him repeatedly in the head, kick the shit out of him, and try to snap his leg in half.

I just want to see the prick in the vest standing before a judge.
