Question - Are Those Called Before The Grand Jury Allowed....
to talk between themselves? Can Rove and Libby and Miller, etc talk to each other and compare testimony? Are they instructed not to? Can they come up with an alibi between them? I've been meaning to ask this question for a long time and keep putting it off. I'm thinking there must be some rule/law/restriction to prevent comparing stories. Anybody know?
But it can make things worse if they are part of a conspiracy or are obstructing justice. And their conversations could be asked about at a future date, like at another GJ appearence or at trial.
