3. I concur, snoozefest lineup, though it will be interesting to see if
Wm F. Buckley's face has melted any more than it had the last time he made a major tv appearance.

2. might wanna edit out the airtimes, just so people don't get confused
and miss them. They air at different times all across the country. I assume those are for DC stations.

8. hmm...Richard Ben-Veniste
That sounds promising. I'll bet he's getting a lot of satisfaction out of the possibility of indictments.

9. And then there was Cokie Roberts...
According to Cokie: Miers is actually a "pragmatist." Oh reeeeaaaaally Cokie! You know, do ya? And in Cokie's corner, Miers is actually a victim of gender bias. (The only bias I'm suffering from is having to belong to the same gender as Cokie and Miers.)

This Weak*...which on some Sundays has shown signs of life, today dropped back into the brain dead column. Including, letting George Will have the last word which he uses to accuse Democrats of having no ideas about Iraq, pisses this Clarkie off to no measure. Although I reserve my greatest "desire to throttle" for Cokie, a woman on a mission to absolve junior and his latest crony contender/pretender, the most unqualified Harriet Miers.

*I know the correct spelling, and imho, this spelling is correct.
