My favorite part of gwb's speech...he was sooo proud of himself
after he correctly recited the names of various countries and cities who have had terrorist attacks.

He looked like he was waiting for applause and smirking away. And, he recited the names like a Dr. Seuss rhyme. (I'm thinking his handlers helped him learn the names by making it a "Green Eggs and Ham" kind of repetition.)

I think it's TDS worthy and hope Jon Stewart nabs it for tonight's show.

Yet the evil of that morning has reappeared on other days, in other places -- in Mombasa, and Casablanca, and Riyadh, and Jakarta, and Istanbul, and Madrid, and Beslan, and Taba, and Netanya, and Baghdad, and elsewhere.

Shortly after...

Other militants are found in regional groups, often associated with al Qaeda -- paramilitary insurgencies and separatist movements in places like Somalia, and the Philippines, and Pakistan, and Chechnya, and Kashmir, and Algeria.

BTW, he then totally muffed "Mogadishu" into "Mogadooshoo".

What a dweeb!

4. We laugh .... but this man is president. The whole world watches this guy
as he stumbles through shit like this. I am certain his assholery is evident to the most simple of people, no matter their country.

7. I saw that. I'm glad we're keeping this front and center.
BTW, did you catch the ever so subtle reference to the "evil by association" internet?
