Democrats should be DEMANDING that this be tied onto ANY Republican-sponsored Taxpayer Bill of Rights (TABOR) initiatives they are going around the country promoting. Colorado has had theirs for 14 years now and the state is busy electing Democrats like crazy since these TABORs are mainly distractions from the capital flight of multinational corporations who've exported jobs and taxable money offshore (and been rewarded by Republican tax cuts for doing so).

Time to fight back mon freres ! Demand that that Capital that the globalizationists 'offshored' at least comes back and REALLY lowers taxes, and possibly it could result in more jobs being repatriated too....
