I don't trust anyone who's labeled a czar

Bennett was drug czar during the Bush I reign.

He holds a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy from Williams College, a Ph.D. in political philosophy from the University of Texas, and a law degree from Harvard. Dr. Bennett served as President Reagan’s Chairman of the National Endowment for the Humanities and Secretary of Education, and President’s Bush’s "drug czar."
