I thought about it and I did not confirm my vote, because it seems to me that approving abortion for someone just because you don't like something about them is not something I choose to do. It really seems kind of dangerous if you take the initial joke out of it.

Remember that game of prejudice that some teachers have their young kids play in class? The one where you ignore all blue-eyed people, or all brown-haired people in order to teach kids how it feels to be discriminated against? That's sort of what this felt like to me but I am nit-picking.

I did enjoy the well-meaning joke behind your poll , though. We would have to include Rush Limbaugh and several others to the abortion mill in that case. :)

6. Bill Bennett is one of the reasons

that there are so many abortions, in that he is part of that small-eyed, small minded gang that doesn't understand this simple concept: When poverty goes down, peoples' lives improve, and abortions become less necessary. Rather than do anything significant to confront poverty, shift the wealth of the country to the wealthiest, since they know better how to manage it.
