Was Antonin Scalia at John Roberts' swearing in ceremony yesterday?

Was Antonin Scalia at John Roberts' swearing in ceremony yesterday?
I saw a picture from the ceremony, and it only had 6 of the current Supreme Court judges in it. Was Scalia there and just not in the picture? I'd love it if Scalia was really p*ssed about Roberts being made the Chief Justice.
