repeat post from January 19th...it'll be a Kerry/Edwards ticket...

that's the ticket that can BEAT BUSH*
Go Kerry...beat bush*
http://www.JohnKerry.com

bush the-war-deserter CANNOT BE BEAT by dean, who feigned a bad back to get out of Vietnam and go skiing in Aspen....those lies have come back to haunt dean....

bush the-war-deserter CAN be beat by KERRY, the decorated Vietnam war HERO and war protestor.....

bush* will run on his Iraq war crap...it's already begun...and ONLY Kerry can STAND UP to that crap...

dean lost the Presidency a long time ago, when he LIED about a bad back to skip out on Vietnam....Kerry wouldn't do that, and served with honor....bush* deserted....

bottom line: Decorated Vietnam War Veteran BEATS Vietnam War Deserter bush*
(dean isn't even in the game, by his own actions, he skipped out)

4. I agree, and that ticket will be . . .
unbeatable . . . it will also enable President Kerry to utilize his VP is a new way, i.e. helping out in the foreign policy arena, and on military and veterans affairs . . .

10. Millions of Vietnam Veterans, millions of injured Vietnam Veterans.
and their families, and the families of the 58,000 DEAD on the Vietnam Wall....all of whom WILL vote and will vote for Kerry...

young people don't care and don't vote...that's been heavily documented...but middle-aged Vietnam-era voters are the BIGGEST percentages of voters...and they are Kerry voters...

most won't vote for Vietnam deserters
or Vietnam feining a 'Bad Back'....because we KNOW all the scams and some just don't hold water.....

Vietnam Veterans were treated bad when they returned from a rotten war...they still lay homeless right outside the White House...but now, a DECORATED VIETNAM WAR HERO has found his footing...and THIS it the time...the time for Vietnam, a time of 'Vietnam-in-a-microwave' IRaq...'Vietnam without the trees' IRaq....it's time to stop the wars, it's time for America to realize that war is not the answer...it's time to honor our war heros, the one's that never got a parade....it's time for

DECORATED VIETNAM WAR HERO Kerry to beat Vietnam War DESERTER bush*

that's what this election is about...Vietnam and the shadow of Vietnam in today's failed wars of Iraq and Afganistan...

3. Edwards
He said tonight that he would "absolutely not" accept a slot on the ticket as VP.

Whether or not this was just political maneuvering to make his campaign still viable, who knows? Take such a comment for what its worth.

7. if that was the case.....
then why did this lil known fella by the name of Bill Clinton beat GHWB in 92? Everyone was saying the ssame thing, how he took off to Canada and how he's a womanizer and what not...

Come on, I expect this from a Republican, but not from a Democrat.

8. Cliinton did NOT take off to Canada....Clinton was a 'conscientious
Edited on Tue Jan-27-04 11:34 PM by amen1234
objector' which is a very legitimate reason not to KILL people....it's legal and requires extensive documentation to prove your 'conscientious objection' to KILLING (which is the major part of what the military does)...Clinton legally obtained a 'conscientious objector' draft classification...many people admire that higher moral stance...DO NOT KILL...

the people who fled to Canada could not PROVE that they were against KILLING...many of them had supported KILLING in many ways (supported State-sponsored killing for crimes, supported killing sick people, many people in those days believed that those with disabilities should be just let to DIE, some believed in letting seniors DIE and deny them medical care.....all those people had to go to Vietnam, or illegally fled to Canada or other places)...

so your Clinton argument holds no water....

and it's not the same as scamming 'bad back' and going skiing and then admitting that you worked pouring concrete...dean never had a bad back, because that would prevent him from skiing...lots of guys did that though....got a bad doctor to falsify his condition to keep him out of Vietnam....dean probably first tried 'conscientious objector', but couldn't prove that either...so it was Vietnam or claim a 'bad back', so you could SKI !!!! sure...sure.....maybe it was my cousin Charlie who went in dean's place...silver star, purple heart DEAD at 19 year old in Vietnam....

11. it's the ONLY ticket that can beat bush*...the sooner DUers realize
that, the better chance to beat bush*....the continued party fighting will destroy any chances and implement that draft much sooner than currently anticipated....

so many DUers promised to UNITE...but some are now encouraging continued fighting, refusing to UNITE, and virtually pushing bush* back into the White House...it's sad...
