I Heard A Couple Of Times Today That FEMA Cut Off Communications...
what is that all about. What communications did FEMA cut off and why?

1. According to that Broussard dude (president of some LA parish?)
FEMA cut his emergency phone lines so they could use the lines for THEIR emergency comms. So he had his police chief reconnect it and then guard the line so it couldn't be cut again. Cut without notice.
