Fuckin-a it's a colossal failure of leadership - that's the story of Bush's whole presidency!

6. Good read
Marshall Wittmann, who used to advise John McCain, predicts that Bush’s tax-cutting days are over. “We’ve been living in la-la land,” he says. “This is a moment of sobriety when business as usual can’t continue.”

Hopefully, Bush's days as president will be over soon.

7. she didn't mention how Bush spent the day eating cake
and playing his neat new Presidential-seal guitar after the hurricane, but other than that, she nailed it.

Like she said, we've had FOUR YEARS to prepare for something like this.

8. I was out in the woods for four days during this disaster; it really looks
bad for the jerks in DC. It seems that the media are actually telling it like it is- although maybe they are setting people up for another "Bush** is the hero" scene and they need that bullhorn-like video clip to play over and over. Bush looks stupid. FEMA looks stupid. Hastert looks stupid. (I only watched MSNBC at the airport, last night) so I don't know what Fox "News" and CNN are saying.
