Column in Philly Inquirer: Dems: Try civility, candor
http://www.philly.com/mld/inquirer/news/columnists/12434245.htm

That way lies a further slide into ruin, soullessness and irrelevancy. The Democratic Party barely has a coherent thought as it is. One kind of likable thing about it is this: It retains a vestigial sense of shame, something conservatives shed long ago in their evolution. When an abortion-rights ally acted like a jerk, liberals couldn't stick to the thunderingly deceptive defenses that Rove and his acolytes have mastered.

Civility and candor have not worked since 1994, and they are not going to
work any time soon. I cannot pull up the rest of this article, but I am sure the gist of it is that the dems need to grease up and keep taking it in the back from the Repuke party in its bid to turn America's form government into a theocratic fascism. The whiny, wimpy crap we get from the lapdogs is for bunk. They need to stand up and DO THEIR FRIGGING JOBS AND STOP LETTING THE RADICAL RIGHT SPEAK FOR ALL AMERICANS!

3. Meanwhile, we have 11 years of crickets chirping as the US moves right
"Thank you I will have another sir" is not a policy that works.
