Where can I find HW's Quote: "those who leak sources are scum?'

Where can I find George HW's quote about people who leak their CIA sources -something he said right after he fired Rove in 92? Saw it at Michaelmoore.com, but doesn't even seem to be THERE when I look for it. If it's nowhere else, could it just be fabricated?
