Further, it's the Department of Justice, NOT the Justice Department. Any AP reporter or proofreader would know the difference and use the correct term, especially if it leads the entire article.

He came back from a fact-finding mission in Gitmo and found everything just peachy. Maybe he forgot to add that the peach was soft and fuzzy, too.

Wyden is a real stand-up guy. Even in the red parts of Oregon, they vote overwhelmingly for him. This is not going to go over well. My impression is that Wyden is tremendously respected by just about everyone on the Hill.

Under Justice guidelines, prosecutors must review such requests and ensure they meet strict requirements ? such as whether the information had been properly classified ? before they agree to begin a criminal investigation.

So Plame's identity was classified!
