Tomorrow we will be searching for Plame / Rove in the MSM
The media will take its cue from the WH and begin 24/7 coverage of the nominee until Friday, dump a Rove few tid-bits in there late Friday evening, the Sunday talk shows will feature the Left v Right SCOTUS debate and the Rove/Libby/Cheney treason story will fade away. . .

It was fun while it lasted, boyz . . .

1. It has been that way for two years, but Patrick Fitzgerald and the
Grand Jury have not gone away yet.

7. yes but that doesn't garantee anything
The Iran/contra investigation went on for years and years and years and nothing really came of it. Plus as stated on another thread and not really refuted, I think that Fitzgerald has said that Rove is not a target of the investigation.

2. It will take a backseat for weeks--
But remember, there is an OFFICIAL INVESTIGATION going on.

Try as the right may try, it will eventually emerge. That's a fact whether they like it or not.

It may be out of site for a while, but it's not out of mind by those working 24/7 on it.

Keep the faith!

3. It doesn't matter if it's being talked about
People need to learn that this thing isn't being fought in the media, it's being fought in the courtroom.

It's easy to get hung up on media coverage these days, and on a lot of issues media coverage is supremely important (SC nomination for example), but the Plame is beyond that and has been for a long time now.

5. If Ken Mehlman SHUTS UP for a while, it is worth it. . .Grand Jury is
still working and doesn't care about MSM.

6. Not if I have anything to say about it.........
NGU, just fight a little bit harder to keep Traitorgate in the news, don't let them get away with the distraction.
