1. I can't believe how angry I still am after all this time!
Even my former boss and still good friend, an attorney who's a staunch life-long conservative and who's never voted for a Dem, was furious. He called it blatant stealing and a disgrace to the SCOTUS. Just imagine the never-ending howls from the other side if it had been the other way around, especially if we were the ones always telling them to "get over it."

7. There's footage of people egging Bush's motorcade just after this
in Fahrenheit 9/11. And a mention that Bush was the first "president" to not walk the regular route to inauguration.

9. How well I remember that!
And I remember being impressed at the protests at his inauguration as well.

10. I was at that protest during the illegal 2000 "coronation"
There were MORE protesters than supporters. that's for sure.....but there were more police/military than either of us. Washington DC was like an armed camp. I was appalled that the so-called inauguration(sp) in OUR so-called free, democratic America was taking place in that hostile environment.
Such an unbelievable difference from four years earlier when Clinton and Gore walked most of the route.

bush and cheney must have had much to fear on that day....they needed hordes of protectors.
They hid out in the black-windowed limousines and couldn't even be seen. Our discusting so-called leaders via SCOTUS rule. Still not my President.

2. The 2000 coup is the original sin of the Bush Regime.
It taints every person employed by the Executive Branch, and every Republican now in office who supports it.

3. Oh my, I didn't realize how much anger I still carry around inside of
me over the 2000 election. That one 'event' changed the lives of everyone on this planet. And it changed them for the worse, not the better.

I have no forgiveness in my heart for anyone who now says that they regret voting for pResident Still UnElected. What they did was an act of pure selfish ignorance and self-delusion. They thought they could have a 'beer' with this fuckwit?

Right now I'm just too angry for words. The republican party has trashed my country, made a mess out of my life and the lives of everyone who was making just enough money to get by, he's put my son and every child into massive debt (and the unborn aren't going to escape the scourge that is bush**, they're born owing thousands). He's guaranteed that this world is a far more dangerous place than when he left his slime trail from Austin to Washington, D.C.

Oh my. It's just so hard to understand how one could have such visceral feelings of hatred and loathing for a human being that one doesn't even know.

4. THAT is why I cannot join the crowd worshipping at the pedestal of
Sandra Day O'Connor. She could have prevented that..and she did not.
