Insurgents kill Iraqis but Iraqis don't kill insurgents....

So, who's winning. Everyday we hear of bombs killing Iraqi policemen and normal citizens but we never hear about policemen or Iraqis killing any insurgents. What does that mean?

2. That's not what we were told was happening in Qaim.

Local Iraqis were fighting back against insurgents/foreign fighters. Unfortunately, some of them got caught up in crossfire once the U.S. showed up.
