Rove's speech/video

Does anyone know where the media got the video footage of Rove's speech at the fund raiser? It would help to understand if he really is a political genius who knew what he was saying and knew that it would disseminated far and wide- thereby re-framing the debate, again.

Or, perhaps, he felt safe in the bosom of the fold (he was at a republican fundraiser after all) and had no idea that video was going to be shown on t.v. He may not be as clever as some think. His only technique, that I can see, is attack your competitor's strength and don't let any moral trepidation stop you-ever. He really is a "scorched earth" politician.

Maybe, just maybe, he was caught unawares. Let's face it, the presentation of the infamous lines are awkward and stumbling. Not impressive at all (unless you compare them to Delay's attempt later). And the WH attempt at spin is weak and rather silly. They are bumbling the only thing they are really *good* at- political dogfights.
