Young Republican Enlistment Flyer
Does anyone know where I can find a printable flyer (preferably 1 page) encouraging young Republican males to enlist in the armed forces?

'Tis time to start placing them on SUVs with those fratastic 'W' stickers.

5. Thanks.
It's a start but I'm looking for one that has a more serious tone - I think that a flyer that is too inflammatory will not get the point across as well.

Thanks though.:toast:

6. Problem with the approach.
I really like this idea. Maybe if the 50% of us who oppose this war were to lean on the 50% who support it, they might take a closer look an decide they don't like what they see.

That has to be the goal, unless we are already admitting defeat and simply resorting to hurling insults. Are we likely to get anyone to consider our point of view if we first smack them in the mouth?

Someone is not a coward simply because they are not in the military. And many of the supporters of the war are veterans, though not many are veterans of a real, hard fought war. It's been 40 years since the U.S. faced an enemy with anywhere near the capacity to defeat us. But all that has changed, and they are doing it with $100 weapons.

So, what are we going to do? During the election campaign I created a mailer that listed the interrogation techniques approved by the Bush administration and asked which of these would be ok if applied to Jessica Lynch? After much thought and effort, I decided not to send them out because I am afraid of retaliation.

For this reason, I believe the direct approach to be both more effective and safer. More effective because if done with respect it shows a more personal commitment to our cause and allows us to explain our views to those that might be wavering. Safer because the government will not have an easily obtainable list of their political enemies. We need to take a page out of Solidarity's handbook.

Even conservative Americans who wanted to 'get back' at Saddam Hussein for what ever reasons can now be persuaded that this is a mistake that needs to be corrected. But they will not listen if we start the conversation with personal insults.

9. Thanks.
Funny flier - however, still a bit too smug for what I'm looking for.

I'd like something that almost looks like it is from one Republican to another.

10. If it were from one Repuke to another
it would have extensive details on how to appear patriotic without actually sacrificing anything . . .

12. I can make any handbill you want
It's no problem. It is true, the recruiting handbills we have are intended to be confrontational, intended to show hypocrisy, intended to piss them off.

Sounds like you have something else in mind. If you send me the text you want, I'll make you a handbill for it - with or without the grocery list and Freedom Press logos.

Let me know! - webmaster-at-justicefornone.com :)
